    Mary,
You will be loved forever. Your legacy of good works and divine spiritual being will be carried by the children you graciously placed in the arms of your loved ones.
I have always been brought to tears at the mere thought of the sacrifice you experienced 7 years ago. I can’t begin to imagine how difficult it was for you to hand your beautiful red headed bundle of joy in my arms. I love her to pieces and would never have this blessing without you.
I clearly remember the first time we met at Marie Calendars. I remember showing you so many profiles of my friends and loved ones looking to adopt. Then a few weeks later when you looked at me and said that you knew from the first day that Ryan and I were the ones. I remember my feeling that I wasn’t worthy of you. I felt so overwhelmed that I had to live up to everything you could have taught her. I now too know that Alyssa was supposed to be placed in our family but I am still amazed at your spiritual insight. Thank you for your trust that I can make you proud in the way I care for her.
As Alyssa grows up I promise on my own life that I will always make sure she knows you loved her very much. I want her to remember the women you were and the life you lived. I cherish our every moment together even if they were difficult for us at times. I know that the Lord directed me to you.
I have this image of you and God sitting next to each other discussing the whole purpose the life. I know that you surely are giving him a run for his money in your deep discussions.
I look forward to the day that we will embrace each other again. Until then I know that you will be watching Alyssa as she grows. We always call her freckles “Angel Kisses”. I am sure that over the next several years she will get more and more freckles as you continue to send kisses her way.
    I will always love you,
    Brigit

    Mary,

I just want you to know how much I love you. You always had a way of making the people around you smile, with your sharp wit and ready smile. I love your protective streak always trying to take care of those you love, standing up for the underdog. I will miss you and wish we could have been closer.

No more running. No more fancy dress. May I say that where you’ve gone is by far the best. Msy I say when you were here we all were very blessed. May you know you’ll be truly missed. May we learn that life is a precious gift. May we love and live and through shared strength we give compassion . May we understand that family is family and loves everlasting. May you look down apon us as though you’re here with us cause we’ll miss you inside for the rest of our lives. So long to you my sister and friend. A ghost in my past but but spirits in the end. We’ll pick up where we left off as family again. Death makes Angels of
us all and gives us wings where we had shoulders smooth as Ravens claws.
