Eric Paul Neibaur, 15, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017. He was born on March 26, 2002 in Pocatello, ID. He attended Greenacres Elementary, Franklin Middle School and would have been a sophomore at Century High School.

Eric’s two greatest loves were his sister, Lauren, and riding dirt bikes; especially with his dad and big brother. Eric had a love for football, playing on the Sun Devils team and then playing for Century High School. He loved playing video games with his gaming buddies; his cousin Isaac, Matt, Stetson, Steven, Dylan and Tracy. He also loved playing Minecraft and other video games with his younger cousin, Austin. There are many others that he gamed with but his biggest passion really was his sister. He and Lauren were nearly inseparable. He always told her she was his best friend and he would never let anyone hurt her. Eric had a quiet, laid back personality and was a hard worker always willing to help out wherever and whenever needed. Eric was involved in the Pocatello Baptist Youth Group - Set Free Youth.

Eric is survived by his parents, Eric Neibaur Sr. and Bobbi Meachelle Harris Neibaur; sister, Ashlie (Josh) Wardlow; brother, Brenden (Karli) Humpherys, all of Pocatello, ID; great-grandparents; grandparents; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his birth father, Eric Rickard.

Family will receive friends on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, ID.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11 am at the Calvary Chapel Church, 1633 Olympus Dr., Pocatello, ID 83201.

Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5th Ave. Pocatello, ID 83204.

My sincerest condolences to the family and friends, so sorry for your loss. Please find comfort from the Bible book of (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). God can and will resurrect our dear loved ones soon (John 5:28-29). Oh how we long for the time when pain, suffering and death will be no more, these former things will have passed away (Revelation 21:3-5).
