Samuel Bradley Curtis, 2 month old infant son of Kaden Curtis and Mianna Farnes Curtis, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11 am at the LDS Chubbuck Stake Center, 450 James Ave. Chubbuck, Idaho, with a viewing for one hour prior.

Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5^th Ave. Pocatello, ID.
